You have 3 Options....

Option #1 - Submission Form:

1) Print or Download the AAR Lab sample submission forms....

• Download a fillable form  Excel click here: BEER or SELTZER, WINE, CIDER, MEAD, KOMBUCHA or DISTILLED SPIRITS

2) Fill out form.  Include with shipment.
2) Pack & label your box "Samples for Lab Analysis Only"

3) Ship Fedex, DHL, or UPS to the Laboratory:

4) Results will be sent to you via email, we'll send you an invoice payable online.  Or include a check.

Option #2 - Website Shopping Cart  

1) First you must enter your "Sample Name" (you choose what appears on the report), then add each test one at a time into your cart.
2) Checkout and Pay.
3) Pack and label your samples with the same "Sample Name" 
4) Include  your receipt or order number (no other forms needed)!
5) Label your box "Samples for Lab Analysis Only"
6) Ship Fedex, DHL, or UPS to the Laboratory:

7) PDF results are sent ASAP.

Certified Reports for Seltzer/Beer/Wine/Cider/Kombucha be Emailed in 2-5 days.
"Nutritional Facts" Panel - 5 business days

If we can get them done sooner, we will do so.
