Samples of pre-isomerized pellets are extracted in solvents, and a portion is analyzed by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). This allows us to separate the acids, use a special qualified standards, and provides results for  iso-humulone, iso-cohumulone, and iso-adhumulone (IAA's). Also included HSI, moisture, dry-matter, cohumulone, n+adhumulone, colupulone, n+adhumulone.
