Fermentable Saccharides - Beer/Wort
This profile measures the fermentable saccharides in wort or beer. This will give the brewer insight into the mashing process and the potential for alcohol yields. A sample is injected on a HPLC with RI detection. Results for the maltodextrins with a degree of polymerization of 4+ (DP4), maltotriose (DP3), maltose (DP2), glucose & fructose will be given in g/100mL of wort.

Sample size - 2oz minimum, ship wort frozen or boil for several minutes to denature enzymes.
